Sunday, Feb. 12th: Kristen Dillon's Heart Rate Training Zones Assessment. Assessments done on SPINNER
BIKES. 2:00 - 3:00pm. $25. $20 for those being re-tested. Open to members and non-members.

21st: 6th Annual Club Mardi Gras Party. 5:30pm - 8:00pm. Food and Refreshments. A BCH&F Member
