Shelby Sharp's BOOT CAMP Escape
Begins Again Monday, January 9th

5:05am - 5:55am in the Group Ex Studio

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

The major advantages of Shelby's Boot Camp Are:
1.  It's Held Indoors --  no weather, bugs, or asphalt to deal with.
2.  It's early --  no excuses not to exercise; you either get up or you don't.
3.  Shelby!  There is no better Personal Trainer - Group Instructor.

Bring It! is a 90-minute high intesnity interval cardio-strength class designed to test your fitness limits -- and EXPAND THEM!  The final 30-minutes are HARD CORE ABS.  We are taking reservations now for MARCH.  The cost is $80 for the 4-part program held on Saturdays from 1:00pm - 2:30pm.  (This gives you Sunday to recover.)  There are only 12 spots available for participants, with an extra 6 added for HARD CORE ABS @ $40 for the 4 30-minute classes.
($100 for non-members of BCH&F for the full course and $50 for the HCA's.)
