Beach City Health and Fitness'
Designer Lifestyle Strategy

The Designer Lifestyle Strategy Program is our own in-house 6-week strategy for common sense weight loss while discovering the essential elements for living a healthy lifestyle.

While we believe strongly that fitness should always be fun, we also know that health is a science.
After looking at all the data regarding weight loss and behavior modification relative to weight maintenance, our design team has created a 6-week program that incorporates all the essential elements that work, while trying to minimize the "fad" elements that only work short term.

Our program, headed up by Design Team Leader, and certified Personal Trainer, Mati Topping incorporates the five essential elements for lifelong success at maintaining a healthy weight:

1.  Realistic Goal Setting
2.  Calorie Restriction
3.  Exercise.
4.  Journaling and Pre-Planning
5.  Support.

The 6-week strategy is supported by personal handling via Mati, including a one-hour personal training session each week for the six weeks; weekly e-mail updates and tips, regular workouts planned for the club and away, and 24-7 access via e-mail for when you need extra motivation.

The 6-Weeks cost $390 for members or non-members, plus an additional $25 for the 6-Week Nutiriton and Meal Planner Journal.

Are you to that pivotal point in your life where you are tired of losing weight only to gain it back?  Are you tired of knowing you're living an unhealthy life, and not knowing how to change?  Are you ready for change?

For a personal interview with Mati, please call 681-6161 or e-mail us at info@beachcityfitness.com.

If you want to reach your goals, you have to be SMART:

S = Specific

M = Manageable

A = Attainable

R = Realistic

T = Timely

The Designer Weight Loss and Lifestyle Strategy begins by helping you make SMART goals over a 12-week period -- one week at a time.

Eating food does not make you fat.
Eating too much food does.
Even eating too much healthy food can cause you weight problems.
It isn't just the choices you make, it's making the right choices consistently.
